Salsa recipe


2 roma tomatoes
Handful of cilantro
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
A pinch of salt 
1/2 of a medium onion 
1/3 of a jalapeño (add or lessen based on how spicy you like it) 
Juice from half a lime
A pinch of salt

Add it all to the food processor on chop mode. Pulse. Enjoy!

  1. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe. I'm going to start saving a few jars so I can make it and give it away too. We made it last week with the cherry tomatoes, basil and a little can of green chills. Divino!
