Gulf to market...market to my plate


Grouper, tilapia, halibut and salmon! Fresh, not genetically engineered, and quite tasty I might add! I absolutely love getting fresh fish from the local grocer. Wrapped in butcher paper and it doesn't smell fishy... Oh the joy it brings me!

Tonight we had sweet and spicy glazed salmon, sweet potatoes, green beans with balsamic, sea salt, and a squeeze of honey, and a cocktail with mint, cucumber, honeydew melon, and rum. Below is the link to the salmon recipe. Alex said its one of his favorites!
