Makes 2
Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 tbsp canned pumpkin purée
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup of strong coffee
Whipped cream
1) in saucepan, combine milk, pumpkin purée, and sugar. Cook on medium heat, stirring until steaming. Remove from heat, add pumpkin spice and vanilla.
2) whisk mixture very well until foamy.
3) pour over coffee. Top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin spice. I sometimes add a drizzle of caramel as well ;)
